Gothic Series Frames

ZTS Gothic Series Frames are Super heavy duty and are designed to withstand high winds and heavy snow loads.

These structures are highly customizable and can be made to fit most growing applications including floriculture, nursery, and vegetable crops. All frames are built using 2.375" 14 ga. tubing, have lots of wind bracing and feature 14 ga. crop support pipes on every arch which allows for unparalleled strength. Frames are standard with 6' sides allowing for more headroom and more light. Higher greenhouses also hold more cubic feet of air which results in better air quality. Shorter or higher sides are available by request.

Available in 24', 26.5', 30' and 34' widths. 4', 5' or 6' bow spacing.

Polycarbonate End Walls.

Polycarbonate panels used in conjunction with galv sq tube are the most common materials used for framing and closing end-walls.

Modine Heaters.

Modine has been setting the industry standard for durability and efficiency for many years. All our PTP and PTC models come with stainless-steel heat exchangers for maximum longevity.

Rack & Pinion Vents.

Rack & Pinion Roof-vents are an ideal solution for venting as they are more efficient than mechanical ventilation and provide a more consistent temperature throughout your greenhouse.

Exhaust Fans.

We offer many different sizes of exhaust fans ranging from 16" to 50".

Our Euremme fans feature centrifugal shutters for a tighter seal & better efficiency. These fans are 15-20% more efficient than standard exhaust fans.

Intake Shutters.

Intake shutter are most times used in conjunction with Exhaust fans and can be fitted with an automatic opening system which also keeps the shutter tightly shut when it is closed.

Roll-Up Sides.

Roll-up sides are an economical way to vent a greenhouse and are often used in conjunction with a roof-vent. We have manual options as well as fully automated options.

Environmental Controllers

Our controllers are capable of operating vents, fans, heaters, light dep systems and growlights. Input sensors include Temp, humidity, rain and wind. Internet gateway can be used to bring the controller online.

Polycarbonate Cladding

Covering your structure in Twin-wall polycarbonate is an excellent option providing more durability and longer life than poly-film. Our 8-MM polycarbonate features an anti-condensate coating on the inside and has a uv layer on the outside. With a 10yr warranty and a 20yr life expectancy these panels provide many years of worry free coverage.

Irrigation Systems

We have many different irrigation systems including, Drip-lines for vegetable crops, Drip systems for Nursery and mum pots, Overhead drip for hanging baskets, Table misters and foggers for irrigation as well as propagation, Tubing and fittings, Pressure regulators, Irrigation controllers & valves + much more.

Greenhouse Benches

We offer plastic bench top which can be supported with a 2X4 frame or you can purchase pre-built Galvanized frames with the tops installed.

Dual Layer Plastic

Poly-film is currently the most popular greenhouse covering of choice . You can choose from either dual layer inflated or single layer.
